SHANGHAI, Sept. 20 (SMM) – SHFE 1711 aluminum gained as much as 3.88% as of 2:34 pm after news that two producers in Henan have begun output cuts for winter heating season ahead of schedule.

These two producers are Jiaozuo Wanfang Aluminum and Chalco Zhongzhou Aluminum.
