SHANGHAI, Sept. 15 (SMM) – Some secondary aluminum producers away from Hangzhou, capital city of Zhejiang province, have reopened since environmental protection inspection team has left the province, except Hangzhou.

Those producers close to Hangzhou still produce only at night, SMM learns.
