SHANGHAI, Sept. 8 (SMM) – China saw a significant increase in sales of broad sense passenger vehicles in August compared with a year ago.
According to China Passenger Car Association (CPCA), China’s sales of broad sense passenger vehicles were 1.9 million units in August, up 5.8% year-on-year, accelerating from 5.5% year-on-year growth in July.
Sales totaled 14.40 million units during January-August, up 1.2% year-on-year, versus 0.6% year-on-year growth during January-July.
