According to the Notice, Anhui gives much support to the new energy vehicle industry in terms of policy, capital and assessment.

Hebei Sets Goal for New Energy Vehicle Industry Development

The profit will commence “oil-to-electric” taxi purchase plan from 2018. All new taxies in Hefei and Wuhu will be required to use new energy vehicles.
