SHANGHAI, Aug. 25 (SMM) - Hebei government held a symposium August 23 on new energy vehicle industry development and promotion.

Hebei plans to form 500,000 new energy vehicle capacity by 2020, with total output value of 100 billion yuan.

Xiong’an City is expected to be the first model for new energy vehicle application in China.

[SMM Copper Foil Market] Affected by the Chinese New Year holiday, copper foil shipments declined in February. In February, total SMM China copper foil shipments fell 5.46% MoM, including lithium battery copper foil shipments (down 5.33% MoM) and electronic circuit copper foil shipments (down 5.73% MoM).
