SHANGHAI, Aug. 22 (SMM) - BHP Billiton said global economic growth to reach the upper hand of estimated growth of 3-3.5 per cent in 2017 (calendar year), and US would face economic uncertainties in the medium term.

In the long run, copper demand is expected to keep growing steadily, and the red metal will possibly see shortages in early years of next decade.
