SHANGHAI, Aug. 21 (SMM) – Media reported the second largest refinery in the US which belongs to Exxon Mobil suspended production, driving up oil prices by over 3%. LME nickel rose to USD 11,000/mt, and will fluctuate at highs today, and SHFE 1801 nickel should hover between RMB 88,500-90,200/mt, with spot prices between RMB 87,400-89,000/mt.
