EMR Capital announced Tuesday that it will buy an 80% stake in Lubambe copper mine in Zambia from ARM and its partner Vale International.

SHANGHAI, Aug. 16 (SMM) –EMR Capital announced Tuesday that it will buy an 80% stake in Lubambe copper mine in Zambia from ARM and its partner Vale International.

The company bought stake in Golden Grove copper-zinc mine from MMG in December 2016. 

EMR will focus on copper, gold and coking coal businesses through more global acquisitions.
