SHFE 1801 nickel opened at RMB 84,850/mt today and reached RMB 85,600/mt, with the low-end of RMB 84,400/mt.

SHANGHAI, Aug. 7 (SMM) – SHFE 1801 nickel opened at RMB 84,850/mt today and reached RMB 85,600/mt, with the low-end of RMB 84,400/mt. In the afternoon, SHFE 1709 nickel rose briefly and closed at RMB 84,950/mt, up RMB 140/mt or 0.17%. Trading volumes on SHFE 1801 nickel increased 197,000 to 448,000, and positions increased 25,400 to 365,000. SHFE 1801 nickel will remain range-bound this evening.
