SHANGHAI, Aug. 4 (SMM) - Refined nickel inventories in bonded area held by C. Steinweg Logistics were down in the week ending Aug. 4 on a weekly basis, according to Shanghai Metals Market sources.

The company held refined nickel inventories at 33,000 tonnes this past week, down 2,000 tonnes on a weekly basis, SMM learns.
The closing of profit import window at the end of trading week reduced trading activities, and SMM expects the decline in nickel inventories in bonded area to slow down in the coming week.
