SHFE 1709 nickel opened at RMB 82,350/mt today and reached RMB 82,630/mt.

SHANGHAI, Jul. 28 (SMM) – SHFE 1709 nickel opened at RMB 82,350/mt today and reached RMB 82,630/mt. In the afternoon, SHFE 1709 nickel fell to RMB 81,120/mt, and closed at RMB 82,380/mt, up RMB 890/mt or 1.09%. Trading volumes on SHFE 1709 nickel increased 97,000 to 508,000, and positions decreased 23,400 to 365,000. SHFE nickel is expected to fluctuate at highs this evening. US Q2 GDP will be released this evening.
