SHANGHAI, Jul. 13 (SMM) - Guangxi’s Qinzhou bonded zone sent back a shipload of solid scrap disguised as copper concentrate to Malaysia recently.

The shipments were delivered by GRANT WORLD INVESTMENT LIMITED, which were loaded on January 4, 2017.
