SHFE 1709 Nickel Closes Higher (2017-6-30)

SHFE 1709 nickel opened at RMB 76,460/mt today, and followed a “V” curve in the morning, dipping to RMB 75,810/mt and then stabilizing.

SHANGHAI, Jun. 30 (SMM) – SHFE 1709 nickel opened at RMB 76,460/mt today, and followed a “V” curve in the morning, dipping to RMB 75,810/mt and then stabilizing. In the afternoon, SHFE 1709 nickel hovered around RMB 76,720/mt, and closed at RMB 76,650/mt, up RMB 320/mt or 0.42%. Trading volumes on SHFE 1709 nickel decreased 87,400 to 306,000, and positions decreased 7,736 to 503,000. SHFE nickel is expected to remain range-bound this evening.
