Nearly 105 tonnes of dismantled automotive shredded aluminum scrap from the US were recently rejected by Dalian Customs for containing higher levels of purities and dust than national standard.

SHANGHAI, May 31 (SMM) – Nearly 105 tonnes of dismantled automotive shredded aluminum scrap from the US were recently rejected by Dalian Customs for containing higher levels of purities and dust than national standard.

This batch of aluminum scrap, declared for imports by one company in Liaoning Province, was intended to be processed into aluminum ingots after sorting for exports.
