SHANGHAI, May 11 (SMM) – One stainless steel mill in Jiangsu cut the procurement price for high-grade NPI by 30 yuan per mtu, Shanghai Metals Market learns.

One NPI Producer in Shandong to Shift Pig Iron Production

The mill announced the purchase price at 790 yuan per tonne (price to factory, including tax, by cash) for this week’s purchases.

This week, the high-grade NPI market overall maintained a pattern of fluctuating at highs, with significant divergence between sellers and buyers.
