SHANGHAI, May 8 (SMM) –Nickel ore inventories at seven major Chinese ports dropped in the week ending May 5, Shanghai Metals Market data showed.

Inventories at the seven ports, after slightly growing for two weeks in a row, fell by by 80,000 tonnes last week, according to SMM data. 

Last week, trading in nickel ore market was anemic.
