TCs of domestic zinc concentrate (50%) were steady last week and traded at 3,700-4,100 yuan per tonne (zinc content), according to SMM data.

SHANGHAI, May. 2 (SMM) – TCs of domestic zinc concentrate (50%) were steady last week and traded at 3,700-4,100 yuan per tonne (zinc content), according to SMM data.

TCs for imported zinc concentrate (50%) were quoted at $30-50 per dry metric tonne (DMT).

Zinc Inventories Fall in China Major Markets, SMM Reports

Production at most mines was stable, with the exception of some in Hunan, Yunnan, Guangxi and Sichuan, SMM reported. Output grew slightly, but concentrate supply remained in tightness.
