SHANGHAI, Mar. 9 (SMM) - China’s high-grade NPI (10-15%) output declined in February due to shortening production day and maintenance at some plants.
Some low-grade NPI mills resumed output and SMM added one new sample in the survey, increasing low-grade NPI output in February.
SMM expects China’s NPI output to increase 4%-5% in March on a monthly basis as production day increases and some producers will restart output after maintenance.
