SHANGHAI, Feb. 21 (SMM) – Base metal prices overnight strengthened after fluctuating for several days, and whether or not the gain will be sustainable remains to be seen. Base metal prices on the SHFE are expected to diverge on Tuesday, with price outlook as below.
