SHFE Nickel Finishes with Losses (2017-1-19)

SHFE 1705 nickel started at RMB 84,950/mt and finally ended at RMB 84,920/mt, down 0.46%.
SHANGHAI, Jan. 19 (SMM) – On Thursday, SHFE 1705 nickel started at RMB 84,950/mt and then climbed to RMB 85,300/mt. During the afternoon trading, SHFE 1705 nickel dropped and finally ended at RMB 84,920/mt, down 0.46%. Trading volumes dropped 94,000 to 312,000 lots and positions rose 1,600 to 631,000. SHFE 1705 nickel dropped for three days in a row, weighed by the moving averages.
SHFE 1705 nickel will decline further on Thursday’s night trading.
