SHANGHAI, Jul. 21 (SMM) – One large domestic #300 stainless steel mill has extended its production suspension, Shanghai Metals Market foresees.
The mill halted production from Jul. 18 for lack of approval procedures, and its production suspension may be prolonged to August, with restarting date remaining unknown so far.
The producer manufactured 130,000-140,000 tonnes of #300 stainless steel In June, according to SMM data.
