SHFE 1609 nickel opened at RMB 80,660/mt last night, and then grew to RMB 82,120/mt, to end at RMB 77,060/mt.
SHANGHAI, Jul. 6 (SMM) – SHFE 1609 nickel opened at RMB 80,660/mt last night, and then grew to RMB 82,120/mt, to end at RMB 77,060/mt.
SHFE 1609 nickel started at RMB 77,110/mt on Wednesday and ranged RMB 77,300-78,100/mt. The contract closed down 2.52% at RMB 78,060/mt. Trading volumes grew 182,000 to 2.03 million lots and positions were down 30,190 to 507,000.
SHFE 1609 nickel should test support at the 5-day moving average this evening.
