China Sees Bigger Increases in Nickel Ore Inventories, SMM Reports

Nickel ore inventories at seven major Chinese ports kept growing in the week ending Jul. 1, Shanghai Metals Market reported.

SHANGHAI, Jul. 4 (SMM) – Nickel ore inventories at seven major Chinese ports kept growing in the week ending Jul. 1, Shanghai Metals Market reported.

“The Port of Lianyungang registered large arrivals of shipments over this past week, and this contributed to further increases in port inventories,” SMM nickel analyst says.

Nickel ore inventories at seven major Chinese ports were up 270,000 tonnes, according to SMM data.
