Overnight, SHFE 1608 lead started at RMB 12,875/mt and stabilized between RMB 12,810-12,830/mt, to end at RMB 12,810/mt.

SHANGHAI, Jun. 16 (SMM) – Overnight, SHFE 1608 lead started at RMB 12,875/mt and stabilized between RMB 12,810-12,830/mt, to end at RMB 12,810/mt.

SHFE 1608 lead started at RMB 12,800/mt on Thursday and moved lower to RMB 12,700/mt before closing at RMB 12,805/mt, up RMB 15/mt or 0.12%. Trading volumes were up 1,424 to 5,006 lots and positions grew 318 to 12,118.

SHFE 1608 lead may struggle around RMB 12,800/mt this evening.

[SMM Nickel Flash] The SMM average price of 10-12% high-grade NPI fell 17.2 yuan/mtu WoW to 1,035.8 yuan/mtu (ex-factory, tax included), while the Indonesia NPI FOB index average price dropped 2.06 $/mtu WoW to 131.2 $/mtu.
