SHANGHAI, Jun. 13 (SMM) – On Monday, SHFE 1608 copper started lower at RMB 34,880/mt and once advanced to RMB 35,540/mt answering to softer dollar. The red metal finally closed at RMB 35,250/mt, off RMB 20/mt or 0.06%. Positions were down 34,186. Positions of all SHFE copper contracts fell 49,056 to 730,000 with trading volumes at 470,000 lots.
