LME copper should consolidate at USD 4,740-4,800/mt during Asian trading hours Friday.

SHANGHAI, May 6 (SMM) – LME copper should consolidate at USD 4,740-4,800/mt during Asian trading hours Friday.

US dollar bounces back from lows while crude oil prices meet resistance. Base metals prices will be weighed on. SHFE 1607 copper will fluctuate between RMB 36,400-36,800/mt on May 6. Spot copper will be offered at premiums of RMB 0-50/mt against SHFE 1605 copper.
