SHFE 1605 lead started at RMB 13,720/mt overnight and sank to RMB 13,620/mt.

SHANGHAI, Mar. 15 (SMM) –SHFE 1605 lead started at RMB 13,720/mt overnight and sank to RMB 13,620/mt, to end RMB 100/mt or 0.73% lower at RMB 13,640 /mt.

The contract narrowly ranged around RMB 13,650/mt on Tuesday and dipped to RMB 37,130/mt, to finally close the day at RMB 13,615/mt, a loss of RMB 125/mt or 0.91%. Trading volumes were down 2,838 to 4,968 lots and positions fell 422 to 18,792 .

SHFE 1605 lead will likely fall below RMB 13,600/mt this evening.

Today was the last trading day for SHFE 1603 lead with closing price at RMB 13,680/mt and settlement price at RMB 13,540/mt. Positions were 5,780 and a total of 74,475 mt and trading volumes were 450 lots.
