Scrap gold and Platinum prices drop, Silver rises 14th Mar, 2016

The scrap gold and platinum prices remained weak. On the other hand, silver scrap prices rose marginally on 14th March, 2016.

SPOKANE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked declined marginally Monday, 14th March on the ScrapMonster Price Index. The prices of scrap Platinum too declined, but silver prices edged higher marginally over the previous day.

In the Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices were down by $ 3.24 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap went down by $ 4.14 and $ 5.06 per Oz respectively.9 carat gold scrap also edged lower by $ 2.07 per Oz. The price of Silver scrap increased marginally by $0.27 per Oz to $ 12.84 per Oz. Platinum scrap prices were down by $ 3.65 per Oz.

In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices went lower by $ 3.06 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap too went down by $ 3.92 and $ 4.79 per Oz respectively.9 carat gold scrap also declined by $ 1.96 per Oz. The price of Silver scrap rose marginally by $0.24 per Oz over the day. Platinum scrap prices edged lower by $ 3.65 per Oz to touch $ 710.16 per Oz.
