Scrap gold and silver prices fall, Platinum gains on Index Nov. 27

The daily prices of scrap gold and silver declined on Friday, 27th November. On the other hand, scrap platinum prices rose marginally.

SPOKANE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked declined marginally Friday, 27th November on the ScrapMonster Price Index. The prices of scrap silver too fell whereas Platinum staged recovery on Index.

In the Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices were down by $ 3.32 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap went down by $ 4.25 and $ 5.20 per Oz respectively.9 carat gold scrap also edged lower by $ 2.13 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed rise of $ 11.66 per Oz to reach $ 619.75 per Oz. Silver scrap prices were down by $ 0.15 per Oz.

In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices went lower by $ 3.14 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap too went down by $ 4.02 and $ 4.92 per Oz respectively.9 carat gold scrap also declined by $ 2.01 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap increased by $ 11.66 per Oz. Silver scrap prices went marginally lower by $ 0.13 per Oz to touch $ 10.31 per Oz.
