China Imports and Exports of Copper and Aluminum

SHANGHAI ,May.8-- According to the preliminary data from the General Administration of Customs, China's imports of unwrought copper and copper semis were 430,000 mt during April , with YTD imports from January to April at 1530,000 mt down 14 % YoY.
China's exports of unwrought aluminum and aluminum semis were 430,000 mt in April, with YTD exports from January to April at 1650,000 mt, up 39.6 % YoY.

Major Import and Export Countries for China’s Copper Foil

[Copper Foil Customs Data] According to data from the General Administration of Customs, the main countries and regions from which China imported copper foil in January and February 2026 were Taiwan, China, Malaysia, and Luxembourg, with imports of 8,347.43 mt, 2,009.42 mt, and 997.76 mt, respectively.
