Guangdong Xinyi Aluminum Alloy Cable Co. is planning to spend 2 billion yuan ($ 300 million) in building rare earth high-Fe aluminum alloy cable in Chongqing to meet robust demand there.
SHANGHAI, Oct. 22 (SMM) – Guangdong Xinyi Aluminum Alloy Cable Co. is planning to spend 2 billion yuan ($ 300 million) in building rare earth high-Fe aluminum alloy cable project in Chongqing to meet robust demand there, byf.com reported today. 
 
Construction will take two years, it added. Such cable can effectively cut energy consumption since it is superior to copper cable in terms of flexibility, extensibility and creep resistance.
