SHANGHAI, Jul. 22 (SMM) – SHFE aluminum for August delivery extended gains on Tuesday, prompting sellers in south China to ask for higher offers. Some traders opted to sell stocks built up over the past week out of fear that prices may fall back following days of sharp gains. This caused the price rise to slow down a bit, with most deals closed between RMB 14,300-14,380/mt.
