Aluminum Corporation of China (Chalco) will invest 600 million yuan ($97 million) to build an alumina plant in Guizhou province, wenhua.com.cn reported today.

SHANGHAI, Jun. 30 (SMM) – Aluminum Corporation of China (Chalco) will invest 600 million yuan ($97 million) to build an alumina plant in Guizhou province, wenhua.com.cn reported today. 

The plant will be jointly invested by Chalco and Jinjiang Group. Chalco will hold a 60% stake in the venture, while Jinjiang Group, with investment of 400 million yuan, will have the rest, it added.
