SHANGHAI, Apr. 22 (SMM) – Sellers in south China raised offers further on Tuesday, while downstream producers responded by buying only on an as-needed basis. Few deals were concluded in the afternoon. Most transactions were reported between RMB 13,090-13,100/mt.
