SHFE 1403 aluminum contract prices rebounded after hitting a new low on Tuesday, but the rally proved a shallow one.

SHANGHAI, Mar. 4 (SMM) – SHFE 1403 aluminum contract prices rebounded after hitting a new low on Tuesday, but the rally proved a shallow one. Spot aluminum in south China largely traded between RMB 12,820-12,930/mt, down RMB 30/mt from the previous day. Traders were cautious about buying.
