SMM Brief on SHFE Lead Futures (2013-11-29)

The most active SHFE 1401 lead contract prices started at RMB 13,910/mt on Friday and moved between RMB 13,905-13,950/mt with light trading before the weekend.

SHANGHAI, Nov. 29 (SMM) – LME lead prices overnight fluctuated narrowly to close at USD 2,075/mt, up USD 1.5/mt. The most active SHFE 1401 lead contract prices started at RMB 13,910/mt on Friday and moved between RMB 13,905-13,950/mt with light trading before the weekend. SHFE lead finally ended RMB 20/mt or 0.14% lower at an intraday low of RMB 13,905/mt. Traded volumes shed 46 lots to 1,010 lots, while positions gained 16 lots to 11,102 lots on Friday.

SHFE 1511 lead once moved higher to RMB 13,245/mt after opening Monday evening session at RMB 13,190/mt.
