SHFE 1312 aluminum contract followed rising Shanghai Composite Index up after opening at RMB 14,285/mt on Wednesday.
SHANGHAI, Nov. 20 (SMM) – SHFE 1312 aluminum contract followed rising Shanghai Composite Index up after opening at RMB 14,285/mt on Wednesday. This sent spot aluminum in south China up from RMB 14,380/mt to RMB 14,390/mt. Some even offered at RMB 14,440/mt. However, downstream producers refrained from buying on the upswing.
