Spot aluminum suppliers in south China were eager to sell, but downstream producers exhibited little interest.

SHANGHAI, Nov. 18 (SMM) – Spot aluminum suppliers in south China were eager to sell, but downstream producers exhibited little interest, sending mainstream traded prices down to RMB 14,380/mt on Monday afternoon from RMB 14,390/mt in the morning. Some even cut offers to RMB 14,370/mt so as to stoke buying interest.
