SHFE 1310 aluminum contract prices met growing resistance at RMB 14,300/mt on Monday.

SHANGHAI, Jul. 29 (SMM) – SHFE 1310 aluminum contract prices met growing resistance at RMB 14,300/mt on Monday. Large arrivals of shipments over the weekend and cash squeeze at the month’s end left traders in South China in a rush to sell, but downstream consumption was sluggish, pulling mainstream traded prices in Guangdong down to RMB 14,570-14,590/mt.
