SHANGHAI, Jul. 12 (SMM) – In Shanghai, nickel was trade between RMB 97,000-98,200/mt in the morning, RMB 97,000/mt for imported nickel and RMB 98,200/mt for Jinchuan nickel. In the afternoon, prices of imported nickel advanced to RMB 97,500/mt and Jinchuan nickel rose to RMB 98,500/mt, tracking LME nickel. Downstream producers were little interested in buying out of growing pessimism over future prices.
