SHFE aluminum extended gains on Tuesday, boosting sentiment in spot market.

SHANGHAI, Jul. 2 (SMM) – SHFE aluminum extended gains on Tuesday, boosting sentiment in spot market. Cargo holders in south China held quotes firm at RMB 14,700/mt, RMB 250/mt higher than in Shanghai. Downstream producers bought to need, and middlemen went bargain hunting, leaving trading up from yesterday.
