SHANGHAI, Mar. 15 (SMM) – The State Reserve Bureau bought 300,000 mt of aluminum ingot on Friday, but the traded price was below expectations. Besides, SHFE 1306 aluminum contract prices had little upward momentum after tumbling in early morning session, dampening sentiment in spot markets. Traders were anxious to sell, but downstream producers in south China purchased only as needed, leaving mainstream traded prices little changed from yesterday. Overall trading was thin.
