SRB Buys Aluminum Ingot at RMB 15,137/mt Opening Bid Price

The State Reserve Bureau (SRB) conducted its second round of aluminum ingot purchase via bid invitation in Beijing on March 15.
SHANGHAI, Mar. 15 (SMM) - The State Reserve Bureau (SRB) conducted its second round of aluminum ingot purchase via bid invitation in Beijing on March 15. The opening bid price was RMB 15,137/mt. Six aluminum producers won the bidding: Aluminum Corporation of China, China Power Investment Corporation, Henan Wanji Aluminum, Yunnan Aluminum, Qinhai Qiaotou Aluminum & Power and Henan Shenhuo Group. The amount of aluminum ingot to be bought by the SRB is expected to be 300,000 mt.
