SMM's latest survey found that the average operating rate at brass bar producers SMM interviewed continued to fall slightly in February, down to 48.7%.

SHANGHAI, Feb. 26 (SMM) – SMM's latest survey found that the average operating rate at brass bar producers SMM interviewed continued to fall slightly in February, down to 48.7%, contributable mainly to the Chinese New Year holiday factor. Most brass bar producers opted to close for the holiday earlier than scheduled and delayed the time for restarting operations.
