SMM Weekly Review on Brass Imports (Oct. 15-19)

Profits on imported brass held stably around RMB 600/mt, so traders continued buying as needed.

SHANGHAI, Oct. 23 (SMM) –Turning to the brass market, CIF quotations for US brass, Western were USD 5,120-5,150/mt last week. CIF quotations for Bulgarian brass were roughly USD 4,750/mt, and about USD 4,620/mt for German and Spanish brass. Mainstream offers for US brass, Western were RMB 39,100-39,500/mt on China's domestic markets. Profits on imported brass held stably around RMB 600/mt, so traders continued buying as needed.
