Conditions at downstream SiMn alloy producers did not improve much and some producers reduced production due to expectation over electricity price hike, so SiMn producers still purchased manganese ore limitedly.
In south China port, supply of goods was still tight, and arrivals will be available in late October. In north China port, supply was relatively ample, with stable offers and purchases reported.
