Jul 19, 2012 11:15Chinese stocks opened lower Thursday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.22 percent to open at 2,164.27.
BEIJING, July 19 (Xinhua) -- Chinese stocks opened lower Thursday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.22 percent to open at 2,164.27.
The Shenzhen Component Index opened 0.27 percent lower at 9,488.89.
