China's Fiscal Revenue Up 14.7 Pct in Q1

China's fiscal revenue in the first quarter of the year rose 14.7 percent from the same period a year ago to near 3 trillion yuan (475.81 billion U.S. dollars), the Ministry of Finance said Friday.

BEIJING, April 13 (Xinhua) -- China's fiscal revenue in the first quarter of the year rose 14.7 percent from the same period a year ago to near 3 trillion yuan (475.81 billion U.S. dollars), the Ministry of Finance said Friday.

In March alone, the country's fiscal revenue reached 905.8 billion yuan, up 18.7 percent year-on-year, the ministry said.
