China Stocks Dive on Wednesday

Chinese shares plunged Wednesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 2.65 percent.

BEIJING - Chinese shares plunged Wednesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 2.65 percent, or 62.30 points, to end at a seven-week low of 2,284.88 points.
The Shenzhen Component Index plunged 3.15 percent, or 310.23 points, to end at 9,531.15.
