DashboardDatabaseProReportsEventsConsultingMOSCOW, Feb 07, 2012 (Dow Jones) -- Russia exported in 2011 182,200 metric tons of copper, a fall of 60.1% compared with 2010, the federal customs service reported Tuesday.
The exported copper was worth $1.611 billion, compared with $3.299 billion in 2010.
Russia's nickel exports in 2011 fell by 18.7% on the year to 195,500 tons. The exported nickel was worth $4.45 billion compared with $5.237 billion in 2010.
Practically all the copper and nickel exported in 2011 went to countries outside the Commonwealth of Independent States.
